We are about to launch the new luxury vinyl product from Armstrong. it is a vinyl, floating floor available in tiles or planks. It is the most unique and robust designs I've ever seen. This new product will be strong player in the luxury vinyl market!
We have had a new article published on Designer Carpet! There are quite a few homeowners that decide not to go the cheap route on carpet and want a beautiful, designer carpet that makes a statement for many years to come. The article lays out things to look for and consider when selecting a designer carpet.
Beckler's has also launched our Carpet Specials page. We've needed this for a while. We have so many short time carpet specials that we needed to make our customers aware of these special carpet deals. Some of these specials we run can save up to 60% off of name brand carpet offerings. They don't last forever. We think the Rodeo Park will be the best selling carpet we have had in 10 years. It is unbeatable for the money.
We will be taking our wholesale carpet tile program to Surfaces in January in Las Vegas. We think Surfaces will be a great place to showcase our new deals on carpet tiles. Beckler's is getting 1 to 2 truckloads a week in carpet tile promotional goods and they are doing awesome. Bright Color Carpet Tiles and Squares - Great for Classrooms and Kids Rooms
Bright colored carpet tiles are a fun way to liven up any room or area. Solid colored carpet squares in orange, yellow, blue, green, purple, etc are used in a variety of ways. Carpet tiles in bold colors are typically used in 3 ways. The first is to use them as modular carpeting for wall to wall use in bedrooms, kid's playrooms, bonus rooms, basements etc and anywhere else that you want a bold or fun statement in a room. The second use is to make a custom rug using the bright tiles. Teacher's, daycare centers, and Church nurseries love to make classroom rugs out of these for children to play, sit and read on. The third use for these amazing carpet squares is in specialty retail environments. Not only do they look great, but carpet tile holds up extremely well in a retail environment.

You can use these as wall to wall carpet tiles or even make your own classroom rug. To make a rug using these just simply buy the amount of tiles for each color you want and use heavy duct tape underneath to assemble the tiles together to form a bright rug for your classroom, daycare or church nursery! By using 2, 3 or 4 colors, you can create a fun area for children to play on, read on or sit during a lesson. If you buy a few extra tiles, you can always replace a damaged one later if needed.
To figure out how many tiles you need for a rug just decide the approximate size rug you need and lay it out using graph paper. Each tile is 18" by 18". As an example, an area using 8 tiles by 10 tiles would be 144 inches by 180 inches or 12 feet by 15 feet. The 8 tile wide by 10 tile high rug would need 80 tiles. At $1.55 per tile, that's only $124 plus shipping! If you're a teacher strapped for funds, you can always ask for donations from parents to get these bright carpet tiles for you room as well. Many teachers have had success asking for just a $5 donation from student's parents towards a carpet tile rug.
